Разказ за минало събитие (Telling a story)

В този урок се учим да пишем и разказваме история за минало събитие. Разказът има начало, развитие и край, а свързващите думи показват реда на събитията: first, then, after that, suddenly, finally, in the end. За описание на обстановката използваме Past Continuous, а за самите събития Past Simple. Думи като because и so показват причина и следствие.

Какво да запомним

  • Начало на приказка: Once upon a time... (Имало едно време...).
  • Ред на събитията: First, Then, After that, Finally / In the end.
  • Suddenly показва нещо внезапно и неочаквано.
  • because (защото) показва причина; so (затова) показва следствие.
  • Фон с Past Continuous: The wind was blowing and the rain was falling.

It was a dark night. The wind was blowing. Suddenly, someone knocked on the door. (Беше тъмна нощ. Вятърът духаше. Изведнъж някой почука на вратата.)
